By working with the building operators in the maintenance and commissioning phase of a building’s life-cycle, DCM always keeps the end user in mind. DCM’s final design is long-lasting, simple, durable and easily maintainable. This means that our job isn’t complete when construction is done.

It is our standard practice to perform commissioning on all of our designs. We also make sure building management is properly trained to maintain and operate the systems long after we’re gone.
