As a sub-consultant to URS, DCM provided building commissioning and engineering services to improve building’s energy consumption and integrate operation of new sustainable features, such as a PV array and vegetative roof.

The overall energy consumption was reduced although the percentage of outdoor air was increased to meet LEED ventilation requirement, which provided an improved indoor air quality to the building’s occupants.
