The project had three main objectives. The first one included the replacement of the lighting controls automation system and head equipment throughout the facility. It included adaptations to 35 electrical panels that controlled over 900 relays. The second task was to replace AHU‐15 located in the mechanical penthouse serving the ITC (server room.) Lastly, DCM provided commissioning support to a 3rd party commissioning agent and performed control adjustments and corrections to AHUs 1, 4, 7 & 8.
