Commissioning included two of the buildings’ new 60mm BTU boilers, the feed tank and water system. The system was able to run using oil or natural gas, however the new system had to be moved to the existing chimney for ventilation. DCM was able to identify the issues with the building’s oil piping system – which was critical in order to keep the project moving forward.
