Priton Housing 
 

Panelized housing structures for low income housing at multiple locations in the Caribbean, ranging from 64-100 square meters

 

DCM has partnered housing manufacturer, Priton, to develop properties for affordable housing. Our prototype is configured with a portable panel system, which can be assembled in 12 days. Completed projects are located in Turks and Caicos, and the Bahamas.

Currently, the first new multi-unit housing complex is being built in Nantucket. This will be the first Priton construction in the United States.
